This policy aims to promote a culture and practice of e-participation in order to enhance transparency and public participation in improving the quality of services provided by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC).
Public Engagement
MOTAC continuously recognises public involvement as it enables the Ministry to explore broader perspectives, sources of information and potential solutions to improve decision-making and service delivery.
It also provides a foundation for productive relationships, better dialogue and discussion, as well as structured governance.

MOTAC welcomes public participation, subject to the terms and conditions of participation as follows:
Any statement that touches on racial, religious or political sensitivities is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from humiliating, personally attacking or issuing statements that may offend other participants.
Please control your statements and avoid using abusive language or language that may be considered regionally offensive.
Users are discouraged from chatting or posting statements that deviate from the main topic.
Topics and links to obscene websites are strictly prohibited.
Please ensure that your statements or topics do not violate Copyright Law, Trademark, Patent or other related regulations.
Users are prohibited from using the Public Participation section to conduct contests, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, internet money schemes, chain letters or junk e-mails, whether commercial or otherwise.
Users are not allowed to upload files containing computer viruses such as Trojan Horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or any software or programs that may damage the operation of another user’s computer.
The administrator of the e-Participation section does not verify, endorse, represent or guarantee the truth, accuracy or reliability of any statement or topic posted in this section.
Individuals should understand that any risk related to the reliability of materials in this section shall be borne by the individuals themselves.
