Allocations to fund development projects that support the tourism, arts, and culture industry can be applied for by departments and agencies under MOTAC. This facility is also extended to Federal Departments/Agencies, State Governments, and Local Authorities, subject to the established terms and conditions.
The Infrastructure Development Division coordinates two sources of allocation to fund development projects at MOTAC, namely the Development Allocation (DE) under the Five-Year Malaysia Plan (RMLT) and the Operating Allocation (OE), specifically the Program Khusus Pemerkasaan Sektor Pelancongan, Kebudayaan dan Warisan (Special Programme for the Empowerment of the Tourism, Culture, and Heritage Sector).
