Introduction to Mentoring
Mentoring programmes in the public service are among the efforts to help improve the potential and capabilities of employees through guidance, support, assistance in dealing with workplace crises and individual self-development.

To guide all officers, especially those who require guidance in improving performance, career development and psychosocial aspects.
