The Tourism Licensing and Enforcement Division (BPPP) of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) will implement a counterless service system effective 16 July 2026. This initiative aims to deliver services in a simpler, faster, and more efficient manner to the public and industry stakeholders.
Below are the guidelines for customers:

Walk-In Customers: Please inform the Security Guard at Level 1 regarding your purpose of visit. A BPPP officer will be contacted to meet you, and the transaction will be conducted at the Guest Room (Bilik Tamu), Ground Floor (Aras G).
