This statement announces the launch of the ASEAN-China Heritage: Dimensions of National Arts 2.0 (ACH-DNA 2.0) by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) in collaboration with the Society of Creative Symphony (SCS), running from 10 to 13 August 2026. Centred on the theme “Reimagining Heritage Through Innovation,” this regional initiative gathers policymakers, cultural practitioners, designers, and creative entrepreneurs from ASEAN Member States and China to explore heritage preservation through modern technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and sustainable solutions. The programme reinforces ASEAN-China cultural diplomacy and aligns with the AMCA Work Plan 2024-2026 to foster a resilient regional creative economy.
