How do I apply to borrow ICT equipment (such as laptops or projectors) for official matters/meetings?

Applications can be submitted through the following steps:

  • Download Borang C – Borang Permohonan Peminjaman Peralatan ICT from the Download menu on the MOTAC Intranet portal.
  • Complete the form and submit it to BPM at least three (3) working days before the equipment is needed.

(NOTE: APPLICATION APPROVAL IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF THE EQUIPMENT UNITS AT THE REQUESTED TIME.)
