How do I apply for the development of a new application system or technical approval for an ICT procurement project?

Any project requirement or new application system development must undergo the official application and evaluation process as follows:

    • Refer to the Guide: Download the “Cara Permohonan Kelulusan Teknikal ICT MOTAC” (MOTAC ICT Technical Approval Application Guide) from the MOTAC portal via the JTI and JPICT MOTAC category link.
    • Prepare Slides: Prepare a presentation document using the official JPICT Application Slide Template provided.
    • Submit Proposal: Submit the proposal paper and presentation slides to the secretariat via the official email (urusetiajpict@motac.gov.my) for an initial evaluation.
    • Evaluation & Approval: Complete applications will be brought to the ICT Technical Committee (JTI) Meeting and subsequently to the MOTAC ICT Steering Committee (JPICT) Meeting for a final decision.
