Relaxation of Conditions for Licensed Tour Operator Companies Under MOTAC
  1. Relaxation in terms of premises size for licensed tour operator companies from 18 March 2020 until 31 December 2020;
  2. Permission to conduct other businesses within the premises of tour operator companies from 18 March 2020 until 31 December 2020;
  3. Issuance of tour operator company licenses without premises inspection during the period 18 March 2020 to 30 June 2020; and
  4. Conditional approval for the submission of association membership certificates and Travel and Tour Management Course (TTMC) and Travel and Tour Enhancement Course (TTEC) certificates for new license applications and license renewal applications for tour operating companies from 18 March 2020 to 31 August 2020.
