- RM200 million for the recovery of the Tourism Sector for encouragement, promotion and marketing;
- RM90 million for the Tourism Incentive Matching Grant (GAMELAN) involving promotional and marketing campaigns with the industry as well as matching grants for incentives for organizing tourism programs including international sporting events;
- RM25 million in incentives to the people in the form of discounts, vouchers and rebates for accommodation, tour packages, handicrafts and artworks up to RM100; and
- RM25 million for the Popularization of Arts, Culture and Heritage Program.
- Charter Flight Services, including from the Middle East and East Asia as well as new direct flight routes from international destinations;
- Tourism entrepreneurs can also take advantage of initiatives through the Business Financing Guarantee Company (SJPP) which provides financing of up to RM9 billion for SMEs, especially for strategic sectors, namely agro-food, sustainable technology, tourism and oil and gas.
- RM10 million for ecotourism involves upgrading ecotourism attractions in Gua Kelam, Perlis, managing sustainable solid waste in Pulau Perhentian, Terengganu and intensifying activities at the Sultan Ahmad Shah Silver Jubilee Agricultural Park in Kuantan, Pahang;
- Tourism Infrastructure Financing Fund amounting to RM1 billion to strengthen the momentum of tourism sector recovery, including funding for hotel rehabilitation, urban renewal and heritage conservation.
- RM10 million through the ThinkCity initiative for the regeneration of Kuala Lumpur City Centre; and
- RM20 million provided to the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council.
- Special tax deductions for hotels that purchase local handicraft products with a purchase cost of up to RM500 thousand;
- Exemption of excise duty on CKD tourist vehicles by 50% for rental cars, chauffeured cars and tour buses;
- 100% tax exemption on statutory income for foreign and local tourists; and
- Reinvestment allowance for hospitality and tourism projects;
