  2. Proof of deposit payment;
  3. Proof of full payment;
  4. The company’s uniform terms and conditions for overseas (Fourth Schedule);
  5. Copy of passport/visa;
  6. Copy of flight ticket (if any);
  7. Police report; and
  8. Any document that is considered to be able to assist the investigation at this Ministry level.
