Extension of Relaxation of Compound-Related Matters for Tourism Operators and Tour Guides Under the Jurisdiction of Section 39, Act 482 As Well as Relaxation of Conditions for Tour Operator Companies Licensed Under Act 482
  1. 40% discount on compound payments to all licensed tour operators and licensed tour guides who are compounded by MOTAC until 30 September 2022 upon submission of payment;
  2. Extension of the compound payment period for all compounds issued by MOTAC to licensed tourism operators or licensed tour guides;
  3. Exemption from compounding for tourism businesses and tour guides who fail to renew their licenses within the specified period (for licenses that expire on 1 July 2022 until 30 September 2022) with the condition that a complete application must be submitted within 30 days after the expiration of the license;
  4. Relaxation in terms of premises size for licensed tour operator companies;
  5. Permission to conduct other businesses within the premises of the tour operator company; and
  6. Rental of business premises through co-share office space.
