Langkawi International Tourism Bubble Extended Until National Borders Open
  1. Tourists who have received a booster dose are allowed to leave Langkawi Island on day 5 if the RT-PCR test on day 4 is negative OR the RTK-Ag (Professional) on day 5 is negative;
  2. Children aged 12 years and below can travel with their vaccinated parents/guardians without needing to show proof of vaccination;
  3. Children under the age of two (2) years DO NOT NEED to be screened for COVID-19;
  4. Every foreign tourist is required to purchase an insurance policy worth USD 50,000 (COVID-19 and travel). Malaysian citizens residing abroad are exempt from this requirement; and
  5. Inbound flights via KLIA2 are permitted (starting 22 February 2022).
