Issue of Temporary Suspension of Umrah Travel Permission by MOH
  1. Confirmation of pilgrim vaccination before receiving payment for the umrah/pilgrimage service package; and
  2. Undergo mandatory quarantine at a quarantine station or hotel that has been identified as a quarantine station by NADMA upon returning to Malaysia.
