The Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) has received a reprimand from the Prime Minister regarding the organisation of a dinner party that went viral recently.
MOTAC, with full sense of responsibility and respect, deeply regrets any confusion or misunderstanding that has caused discomfort among the people. The Ministry has learned from this matter and will ensure that such a thing will not happen again. MOTAC will also ensure that every program implementation under its supervision complies with the established guidelines and ethics.
MOTAC also expresses its highest appreciation and gratitude to the Prime Minister for his advice, constructive criticism and continued support for the ministry’s efforts in strengthening the country’s tourism, arts and culture industries.
Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. MOTAC will continue to strengthen and ensure continuous improvement in the implementation of its responsibilities to the people and the country.
