EXTENSION OF APPLICATION FOR ONE-OFF FOREIGN WORKER SALARY QUOTA IN THE SERVICE SECTOR UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM, ARTS AND CULTURE (MOTAC)
| It is hereby informed that the application for the employment quota of foreign workers in the service sector under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) for the Spa, Wellness and Massage Centre, Hotel, Resort Island, Golf and Theme Park Sub-Sectors has been extended as follows: |

Application for Early Approval to Employ Foreign Workers under Section 60K of the Employment Act 1955, quota applications and appointment dates are through the Foreign Workers Centralized Management System (FWCMS) at the link https://fwcms.com.my/. Application terms and criteria can be reviewed and obtained from the Ministry of Home Affairs website at www.moha.gov.my under the Immigration Affairs link. |
