It is hereby notified in accordance with section 8 of the Tourism Industry Act 1992 [Act 482], that the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) has decided to revoke the company license of BORNEOVAC TRAVEL SDN. BHD. 201701035052 (1249223–K) with license number 9402 effective from 28 February 2025.
MOTAC views seriously any violation of the provisions of the law by licensed tourism enterprises in order to safeguard the welfare and interests of the people of Civil Malaysia.
