This statement details the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture’s (MOTAC) involvement in strengthening cultural cooperation and driving the regional creative economy through the second phase of the ASEAN-China Heritage: Dimensions of National Arts 2.0 (ACH-DNA 2.0) in Nanning, China, held in conjunction with the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) 2026. Under the theme “Reimagining Heritage Through Innovation”, this initiative provides a strategic platform for discussions, exhibitions, and business matching to modernize traditional textile and craft heritage. This continuous effort not only deepens professional ties and ASEAN-China cultural diplomacy, but also unlocks sustainable socio-economic opportunities aligned with Malaysia MADANI aspirations.
