International Relations Division (Cultural) (HAK) provides services such as:
- Coordination of international cultural cooperation;
- Preparation and coordination of cultural cooperation documents;
- Coordination of Malaysia’s participation in international meetings related to culture;
- Coordination of cultural programmes with foreign countries and international organizations; and
- Processing applications for Government-to-Government (G-to-G) Letters of Support.
