- Limited to individuals who have completed 2 doses of vaccination;
- The types of holidays allowed are daily (going and returning on the same day), overnight stays, holidays with accommodation/entrance tickets booked in advance, package holidays through a licensed and registered MOTAC travel company;
- The number of passengers per vehicle during the journey is subject to the actual capacity of the vehicle;
- Visitors who need to adjust to the ferry service times to Langkawi are allowed to stay overnight at registered accommodation premises in Kedah/Perlis;
- Visitors must show proof of purchase documents for tourism products such as flight tickets, ferry tickets, hotel receipts or tour package receipts when applying for permission with PDRM and when requested by SOP compliance enforcement agencies;
- Allowed Langkawi Tourism Bubble Activities include:
- Accommodation in hotels and homestays including facilities in hotel and homestay premises such as surau, swimming pool, gymnasium, lounge, hall, Business Events (MICE), Tourism and Cultural Events are subject to the General SOP Phase 4 issued by MKN as well as the SOPs of the relevant Ministry/Department/Agency;
- Aktiviti pantai, sukan air, snorkeling, selam skuba, pelancongan memancing, pusat edutainment, taman rekreasi, extreme/ adventure/ nature parks, farms, akuarium, zoo dan lain-lain kegiatan riadah, rekreasi serta sosial;
- Aktiviti Pelancongan Minat Khas (golfing, scuba diving, cycling, angling, yatching dan sebagainya);
- Aktiviti Eko Geo-Kembara (bird watching, caving, mountain climbing, white water rafting, hiking, jungle trekking, camping dan sebagainya);
- Premis hasil seni, budaya dan warisan seperti muzium, perpustakaan, galeri seni, pusat/kampung seni warisan budaya, pementasan persembahan budaya dan lain-lain;
- Taman Tema dan Pusat Hiburan Keluarga; dan
- Lawatan Bersifat Akademik seperti Geopark Discovery Center, Balai Seni, Laman Padi.
