Malaysia Tourism Quality Assurance (MyTQA)
 

INTRODUCTION
Malaysia Tourism Quality Assurance (MyTQA) is an initiative by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) to enhance services and quality of facilities for tourism products in Malaysia. It serves as a recognition for tourism products and provides exposure to industry players to prioritize the quality of services provided.

The implementation of the MyTQA program aims to increase tourist confidence and ensure that the quality of tourism products is always at the best level to meet the needs of domestic and international tourists.

OBJECTIVES

  • To establish an Accreditation / Certification Program as a reference mechanism for domestic and international tourists regarding the quality of tourism products in Malaysia.
  • To cultivate a culture of prioritizing tourism product quality continuously among tourism sector operators.
  • To improve the quality of tourism products in Malaysia and the standard of services offered.
  • To increase tourist confidence in tourism products that have been recognized by MyTQA.
