It aims to revitalize arts, culture, and heritage programs, activities, and events in preparation for the <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"209\">Visit Malaysia Year 2026<\/b> campaign.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">OBJECTIVES<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\">To provide support and financial assistance to organizers and practitioners across various levels to execute arts, culture, and heritage programs, activities, or events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\">To boost arts, culture, and heritage programs towards the staging of the Visit Malaysia Year 2026 campaign.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\">To reflect the government&#8217;s responsibility, specifically MOTAC&#8217;s, in developing and expanding the nation&#8217;s arts, culture, and heritage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<\/b><\/h3>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"9\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Eligible Entities:<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\">NGOs \/ Arts, culture, and heritage associations that are registered and currently active under the Societies Act 1966.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\">Non-Profit Organisations (NPO) in the arts, culture, and heritage sectors registered under the Societies Act 1966.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\">Co-operatives registered under the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 <i data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"67\">(the establishment objectives must include elements of arts, culture, and heritage)<\/i>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\">Private Companies <i data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"18\">(with incorporation documents containing arts, culture, and heritage elements)<\/i>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,4,0\">Other entities registered with the government and recognized by MOTAC.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"11\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Ineligible Entities:<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\">Ministries, Government Departments, Statutory Bodies, and Government Agencies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\">Malaysian Universities Cultural Council (MAKUM).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\">Any organization not registered with the government.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,3,0\">Political parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,4,0\">Individual persons.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,5,0\">Any entity blacklisted by the government.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">FOCUS AREAS<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"15\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Media:<\/b> Print and electronic documentaries (such as books, newspapers, and other publications) and short audio-visual materials for tourism, arts, culture, and heritage promotion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Arts:<\/b> Visual arts (paintings, works on paper, sculptures, art objects, and new media) and performing arts (music, dance, and theater, both traditional and contemporary).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Heritage:<\/b> Language and literature, gastronomy, martial arts, festivals and celebrations, handicrafts, traditional attire, craftsmanship, and writing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Creation:<\/b> Designs featuring local arts, culture, and heritage elements (such as traditional attire, fashion, crafts, accessories, and interior designs).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"17\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">SCOPE OF PROGRAMME
