project that is specifically planned and\n      developed to promote tourism activities. The project should be capable\n      of attracting tourists to visit the destination and participate in the\n      activities provided.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"tpp-section-title\">Project Categories<\/div>\n\n  <p class=\"tpp-project-intro\">\n    Tourism projects are divided into two (2) categories as follows:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <div class=\"tpp-project-grid\">\n    <div class=\"tpp-project-card\">\n      <div class=\"tpp-project-heading\">Accommodation Projects<\/div>\n\n      <ul class=\"tpp-project-list\">\n        <li>Hotels<\/li>\n        <li>Resorts<\/li>\n        <li>Motels \/ Inns \/ Rest Houses<\/li>\n        <li>Chalets<\/li>\n        <li>Holiday Campsites<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tpp-project-card\">\n      <div class=\"tpp-project-heading\">Non-Accommodation Projects<\/div>\n\n      <ul class=\"tpp-project-list\">\n        <li>Theme Parks<\/li>\n        <li>Integrated Handicraft Centres and Cultural Exhibitions<\/li>\n        <li>Galleries and Museums<\/li>\n        <li>Marinas<\/li>\n        <li>Tourism Restaurants<\/li>\n        <li>Conference \/ Exhibition Centres<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"tpp-section-title\">Terms and Conditions<\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"tpp-requirement-box\">\n    <p>\n      Each tourism project application will be considered on its own merits\n      from time to time, based on the following general requirements and\n      characteristics:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ol class=\"tpp-number-list\">\n      <li>\n        The project\u2019s target market must focus on domestic or international\n        tourists.\n      <\/li>\n\n      <li>\n        The company undertaking the tourism project must be incorporated in\n        Malaysia.\n      <\/li>\n\n      <li>\n        Tourism packages may be developed based on the project\u2019s distinctive\n        attractions.\n      <\/li>\n\n      <li>\n        The project must be capable of enhancing the image of the local area,\n        diversifying tourism activities and generating economic\n        <em>spin-off<\/em> effects.\n      <\/li>\n\n      <li>\n        Building architecture and interior design incorporating elements of\n        local culture are encouraged.\n      <\/li>\n\n      <li>\n        The project must not be membership-based or\n        <em>exclusive<\/em> in nature.\n      <\/li>\n\n      <li>\n        For accommodation projects, there must be no minimum\n        <em>length of stay<\/em> requirement, <em>time-sharing<\/em> concept or\n        individual ownership of accommodation rooms.
