<em><strong>We Are The Host (WATH)<\/strong><\/em> module, which had been used since 2014;<\/li>\n      <li>The module was developed to provide comprehensive training to front-line personnel who are directly or indirectly involved in the tourism industry; and<\/li>\n      <li>This course is a mandatory prerequisite for tourist guides before they can be licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts <li>To provide tourism industry players and front-line personnel with exposure to the current direction of Malaysia&#8217;s tourism industry;<\/li>\n      <li>To enhance understanding of the importance of customer service and strengthen the skills required to deliver excellent service;<\/li>\n      <li>To help participants understand the communication process, communication barriers and the use of more effective communication techniques; and<\/li>\n      <li>To create awareness and share information on the latest tourism products.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"mm-section-title\">Who Should Attend?<\/div>\n  <div class=\"mm-attendee-box\">\n    <ul>\n      <li>This is a one-day course that is open to front-line personnel, tourism industry players and class=\"eh-info-box\">\n    <p>\n      Eco-Host is a course introduced by the Ministry of Tourism,\n      Arts and Culture (MOTAC) to promote environmental conservation awareness\n      and encourage sustainable tourism practices.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      The course is a mandatory prerequisite for individuals who have\n      completed the Regional Specific Tourist Guide (RSTG) Sabah &amp; Sarawak\n      Course and the Local Nature Tourist Guide (Level 2) Course before\n      applying for a tourist guide licence from the Tourism Licensing and\n      Enforcement Division (BPPP).\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      It is also encouraged for frontliners in the tourism industry who are\n      involved in nature-based tourism activities.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div and the shared\n        responsibility to protect and conserve the environment; and\n      <\/li>\n\n      <li>\n        Encourage responsible and sustainable tourism practices among tourism\n contact any MOTAC State Office or licensed Tourism\n      Training Institute (ILP) for information on the course schedule,\n      eligibility requirements and registration process.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Public and private organisations interested in organising the Eco-Host\n      Course may do so in collaboration with MOTAC or a licensed ILP.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      The Eco-Host Course is conducted physically over one (1) day using the\n      official MOTAC module and is delivered by speakers accredited by MOTAC.\n      Participants are required to attend all course modules
