and<\/li><li>This course is a prerequisite that must be attended by tour guides before being licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Objective Mesra Malaysia Course?<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Provide exposure to tourism industry players and front-liners on the latest direction of the Malaysian tourism industry;<\/li><li>Understand the importance of and improve superior customer service skills to provide better service;<\/li><li>Understand the communication process, barriers and the use of more effective communication techniques; and<\/li><li>Providing awareness and sharing information about the latest Tourism Products.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Who needs to attend?<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>This course is held for 1 day and is open to any frontliners, tourism industry activists and individuals involved directly or indirectly in the tourism industry;<\/li><li>Only trained instructors, namely Mesra Malaysia Master Trainers who are trained and trained by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, are allowed to conduct this training; It also aims to educate the public on the current environmental situation and how human activities affect the ecosystem. <br \/><br \/><strong>Why do I need to attend Eco-Host?<\/strong><br \/>By attending Eco-Host, you will better understand the relationship between tourism and the environment (including the local community) as well as the importance of eco-tourism and responsibility to the environment.<br \/><br \/><strong>How do I participate in Eco-Host?<\/strong><br \/>Eco-Host is conducted by trained instructors for a fee of RM100.00.
