This is done by downloading the offline Supplier Registration Form from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/evendor.anm.gov.my\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/evendor.anm.gov.my<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and completing it accurately.
