Korea).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>To plan, coordinate and supervise implementation of task related to ASEAN Committees such as ASEAN Committee on Culture and Information (ASEAN COCI), and Sub Committee on Culture (SCC).<\/li>\n<li>To plan, coordinate and supervise implementation of Secretariat&#8217;s task on major meetings: Senior Officials Meeting on Culture (SOMCA) and SOMCA + 3 (China, Japan &amp; Korea).<\/li>\n<li>To serve as Focal Point at Ministerial level to provide inputs \/ feedback for bilateral negotiations between ASEAN and dialogue partner&#8217;s (Australia, New Zealand, India, Russia, Canada, Korea, Republic China, Japan &amp; European Union).<\/li>\n<li>To serve as Focal Point for ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Council (ASCC) and to coordinate implementation of programmes and activities run by 15 Ministries \/ Agencies under Socio-cultural sector. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for cultural programmes \/ project under the purview of ASEAN.<\/li>\n<li>To plan and supervise financial management under the ASEAN Cultural Fund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>BILATERAL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>To coordinate and prepare Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Executive Programmes related to cultural field with related countries \/ parties.<\/li>\n<li>To plan, coordinate and monitor programme management and bilateral cultural cooperation&#8217;s with related countries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>MULTILATERAL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>To plan and coordinate the implementation of focal point tasks for ASEM CMM.<\/li>\n<li>To plan and follow-up on decisions of meetings by international bodies such as NAM, COMINAC, OIC, ASEAN and UNESCO.<\/li>\n<li>To plan and coordinate multilateral ties and cultural cooperation&#8217;s with international bodies such as below:\n<ul>\n<li>ISESCO (Islamic Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization),<\/li>\n<li>IFACCA (International Federation of Arts Council and Culture Agencies),<\/li>\n<li>INCP (International Networking on Cultural Policy),<\/li>\n<li>ACCF (Asia Culture Cooperation Forum),<\/li>\n<li>IRCICA (Research Centre of Islamic History, Arts and Culture),<\/li>\n<li>Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD),<\/li>\n<li>Guff Cooperation Council (GCC); and<\/li>\n<li>South East Asia Pacific Audio Visual Archive Association (SEAPAVAA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Secretariat for permanent sub-committee for National Committee of UNESCO Malaysia (SKUM).<\/li>\n<li>To plan and execute international cultural meetings \/ conference when Malaysia serves as a host.<\/li>\n<li>To check and prepare inputs \/ feedbacks for document&#8217;s related to UNESCO such as convention \/ declaration \/ recommendation circulated by SKUM for matter&#8217;s pertaining to culture.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>GENERAL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>To supervise and to prepare info&#8217;s \/ letter&#8217;s for International conference \/ meeting \/ seminar&#8217;s attended by H.E Minister \/ Secretary General and senior officials of MOTAC. <\/li>\n<li>To plan and to prepare matter&#8217;s pertaining to official visit by senior officials from International countries.<\/li>\n<li>To plan and prepare cabinet papers for programmes \/ conference \/ agreements in cultural field.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare Brief and Speaking Notes \/ Interventional Notes \/ Cabinet Paper \/ Speech Text whenever our senior officials attends International Meetings \/ Conference that involves International participation.<\/li>\n<li>To plan and supervise human resource, financial management in International Relation&#8217;s Division (Culture).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>CLIENT CHARTER<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Provide inputs \/ feedback to relevant Ministries \/ Departments \/ Government Agencies \/ Regional Associations and International Organisations pertinent to concept papers \/ work plans \/ official documents in relation to international culture, arts and heritage within ten (10) working days.<\/li>\n<li>Process of Government-to-Government Exchange Programme application within seven (7) working days after receiving complete application.<\/li>\n<li>Manage participation of Departments \/ Agencies under the purview of the Ministry to programmes \/ projects \/ activities in relation to international culture, arts and heritage within fourteen (14) working days from the date set forth by the organiser.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Cabinet Notes of YB Minister&#8217;s international meeting participations \/ official visits within seven (7) working days after the meeting \/ visit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_kadence_starter_templates_imported_post":false,"_kad_post_transparent":"","_kad_post_title":"","_kad_post_layout":"","_kad_post_sidebar_id":"","_kad_post_content_style":"","_kad_post_vertical_padding":"","_kad_post_feature":"","_kad_post_feature_position":"","_kad_post_header":false,"_kad_post_footer":false,"_kad_post_classname":""},"categories":[1007],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-29932","bahagian-dan-unit","type-bahagian-dan-unit","status-publish","hentry","category-division-unit"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.motac.gov.my\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/bahagian-dan-unit\/29932","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.motac.gov.my\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/bahagian-dan-unit"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.motac.gov.my\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/bahagian-dan-unit"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.motac.gov.my\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/bahagian-dan-unit\/29932\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.motac.gov.my\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=29932"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.motac.gov.my\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=29932"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.motac.gov.my\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=29932"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
